Ryan's Sweater Work Party

We had Ryan's work party at our house. And of course Ryan came up with the idea to have everyone wear ugly Christmas Sweaters. We got Ryan's at Goodwill and added the fabulous Penguin to it, that said Feliz Navidad. Since he is a Spanish teacher and all. I kept telling him he looks like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber. My gorgeous sweater came from my mother who still wears it every year. I love it.

Random Tolman Family Pictures

When you say cheese this is her new face.

The boys play outside everyday. I got pizza for dinner and ate outside on there table they made. They are so funny.

Lily loves to do anything and everything anybody older than her does. When Daxton gets home from school first thing she does is puts on his shoes and backpack. Her legs look so small.

Cool Cat Lily

Lily loves to wear glasses. Uncle Brett and Aunt Sarah were over. Uncle Brett has these happening shades. They fit Lilys tiny head, and she loved them. Unfortunatley, she broke them so sorry Brett!! Your welcome Sarah:)

Kids!!!

I was inthe kitchen doing the dishes (yes the dishes:) and coming down the hall was Daxton and Gehrig with Lily in her baby stroller loving every minute of it!!!

Gehrig and Baseball

Gehrig and Baseball do not go very good together!! Gehrig loves practice but as for the game he hates it. Most of the time he is making friends with the kids on the other team when they are on the base. Also he is always to busy messing with his baseball cap to watch for the ball.

Owen & Lily

Owen and Lily are two days apart. When I was leaving the hospital with Lily, Rachel was coming in to have Owen. They are so cute together. They just love each other. They could be twins.

Grandpa's 60th BirthdayParty!!

We all got together for my Dad's 60th birthday. We had the party at the bowling alley. It was a great time. Getting all the kids together is a blast. Of course the boys had to bowl with the balloons in there shirts. Lily loved the air that blows out on the rack that holds the bowling balls. Gehrig of course had to add in some moves after throwing the bowling ball. If any of you do not know Gehrig this kid is crazy. He is always doing something wild. Daxton meant business. Needless to say the kids scores were better than mine. Bowling is not my thing. But I love to do it. Ryan had a great time sitting in a chair and seeing how far he can throw the ball. We were on the very end, so one of the balls went on the walkway to the back. We had a great time celebrating 60 years of a great father and grandpa!!!

Who needs toys!

Lily loves to play underneath the bar stools. She will take things with her and talk to herself. I wonder what is going on in that cute little brain of hers.

Phoenix Suns Game

We got some tickets to the Suns game on Monday night. There is no way we can go without taking the boys. We had a great time our seats were great. The boys were so funny. They stuffed there faces with food while dancing to the music. Poor Lily had to stay home because the game was late. I should say poor babysitters. Lily was so sad that all of us left her that she threw up all over the sitter. Needless to say I cannot get the smell out of her room. We learned our lesson. She can come next time.:)

My Latest Obsession

I love the show Ace of Cakes. I have always wanted to try to make a cake with fondant. I was pretty surprised that it was not to difficult and so much fun. The sad thing is that the first one I made was still my best. I made the white with flowers first than a football cake for my nephew Devin and for Halloween I made Frankenstein. Fun, but very time consuming.

The Tolman Block Party

My in-laws ward put on an amazing Halloween Party every year. They block off the street, have food, games and music. It is great. My sister in laws little boy Owen was Yoda. We could never get Lily in a picture with all the rest of the Star Wars gang. Also she wanted nothing to do with her headband. My other sister in laws girls Grace and Jenna were adorable 50's girls.

The Chapman Party

My Parents put the the greatest Halloween Party that my kids love. We play all kinds of games and eat yummy food. So fun to be with family and see all the fabulous costumes. The Frankenstein cake is my newest obsession. Making Fondant Cakes. SO much fun.

Happy Halloween!!!

The official Star Wars family! Daxton as Anakin, Gehrig as Luke and Lily as Princess Leia. Lily was suppose to be a Ladybug, but we heard about a costume contest for ticket to Disneyland and California Adventure. Needless to say I was one day to late with the picture. My poor kids cried. They are so sweet.

I gave in!!!!

We'll it really is happening. I have a blog. This might be the only time I do it. But I have it so now when all you people ask me if I have a blog I can say yes. And not get in trouble for not having one.

I thought since this was my first post I would tell a little about us.
Ryan and I have been married for 8 years soon to be 9.:). Ryan graduated from ASU and is a die hard Devils fan. He teaches Spanish at Desert Vista High School and Coaches Men's Basketball, Volleyball and for the first time this year Girl's Volleyball. He is almost done with his Masters. Yipee!! We have three children. Daxton is 7, and the sweetest boy around. He loves Basketball and Star Wars. He is great at making friends with anyone, anywhere. Next is Gehrig. He is 4 and the wildest man in the world. There is nothing that kid won't do if you ask him to. Loves the color green , so everything has to be green. He has a great imagination. He is always acting like some animal or person. Loves costumes!! Finally our sweaps, Lily. She is 15 months old and acts like she is 12. She is so much fun. She loves her older brothers so much. She cannot stand to be away from them. She loves to play on the computer or do anything that she sees an big person do. Then there is just me. I am pretty boring. I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mom. I love to do all kinds of this around the house (except laundry and dishes). One thing my husband hates. I always have some kind of project ongoing.
Well that is us. Hopefully this is not my last post. Wish me luck. I have no idea what I am doing, or how to work this dang website.:)
